Online libraries are becoming increasingly popular. For instance, it is prevalent to see people, both old and young, do reading on their smartphones, rather than with books in their hands.
Undoubtedly, reading on the Internet could bring all of us more freedom and information. Imagine you were eager to access some literature related to your academic papers late. You would find it extremely convenient if your university library were available online. Furthermore, with the help of online dictionaries, heavy physical books will never occupy your luggage any longer when you settle down in a new place, especially somewhere abroad. A sizable proportion of individuals, however, admit that due to the excessive use of online libraries, they gradually have poor eyesight and other health problems driven by such high tech.
In conclusion, in terms of convenience, the strengths of such virtual libraries largely outweigh their weaknesses. Nevertheless, what we should keep in mind is to get rid of overindulgence in them.
