我们的饮食习惯对于健康和强壮的身体而言是非常重要的。比起吃肉类和大米,我们当中多数人更喜欢吃甜食和冰淇淋。如果我们餐后吃甜食和冰淇淋,甜食和冰淇淋对我们没什么害处。但是如果我们餐前吃,将会影响我们的胃口。因此,保证每天在固定的时间吃饭对于我们来说很重要。其他因素,比如兴奋或焦虑,也都会影响我们的食欲。
