　　Dear Bob,

　　I am delighted to receive your letter in which you mentioned you would come to China to give English lessons. Thus, I am writing to recommend a suitable city to you.

　　I can think of no better reasons than the following to illustrate the advantages of working in Hangzhou. Firstly, in Hangzhou, where the economy is booming, there are a considerable number of chances for local residents to communicate with foreigners. In other words, the demand for experienced English teachers is growing here, which is favorable to your career development. Secondly, what attracts foreigners is the comparatively complete welfare system in Hangzhou which ensures foreign employees’ benefits. The past decades have witnessed the arrival of plenty of foreigners whom the government has provided with favorable policies.
