　　There goes a famous saying, “The best preparation for tomorrow is doing your best today.” Simple as the saying is, its meaning is profound and thought-provoking. Apparently, it is meant to tell us that we should seize the day and prepare the ground for tomorrow.

　　Why is it so essential to do our utmost at present? The reasons are listed as follows. Initially, it is universally acknowledged that chance favors the prepared mind. It is through making preparations in advance that enables us to be the first to grasp opportunities. Furthermore, it is hard to predict what will happen in the future. Thus, we are supposed to make the best use of today instead of waiting for tomorrow blindly. Ultimately, time is fair to everyone. No one gets less, none more. Only those who do the best in every single day can achieve success.

　　Bringing what has been discussed into a conclusion, we may say that we should live every day down-to-earth. Cherish today, grasp tomorrow and bright future will belong to us.
