Online libraries are becoming increasingly popular. As the society enters the era of 5G communication, numerous people have cultivated the habit of reading online.
Obviously, the advantages concerning online libraries are beyond words. A case in point is that the public will no longer be confronted with troubles caused by queuing up. Just a few clicks on the screens, a variety of books will be presented for your choice. Additionally, it can provide huge convenience for college students, especially those who are writing essays, for the reason that books or materials in remote areas can be available without traveling a long distance. Nevertheless, online libraries also hold some demerits. For the elderly ignorant of smart phones and computers, not only does online reading fail to add flavour to their daily life, but it also makes them feel isolated from modern society. Therefore, how to further improve online libraries to be user-friendly for the old is the next problem to be tackled.
To sum up, the pros of online libraries outweigh their cons. We should take full advantage of them while accentuating the potential problems caused by them.
