题目要求：
Directions: For this part, you are allowed 30 minutes to write a short essay on why students should be develop creativity. You are required to write at least 150 words but no more than 200 words.
参考范文：
It has become a prevalent phenomenon in contemporary society that individuals in mounting numbers attach increasing importance to creativity, especially in the time of the COVID-19 outbreak. So why the cultivation of creativity has become so significant?
The reasons why students should be encouraged to develop creativity consist in the following aspects. To begin with, the ability of creativity can inspire students’ imagination, independent thinking and critical thinking, which is beneficial not only to a person’s progress but also to the advancement and prosperity of the whole society. Besides, the ability to be creative can give students a more splendid inner mind and can thus benefit students’ comprehnesive development. Last but not the least, it goes beyond doubt that the cultivation of creativity is exceedingly indispensible in such an era when an increasing number of students spend most of hours in browsing all kinds of social media.
So how should students develop creativity? Students are supposed to equip themselves with abundant specialized academic knowledge and involve in diverse social practices. Only in this way can we embrace a splendid and promising future.
