Directions: For this part, you are allowed 30 minutes to write on the topic Changes in the Way of Communication. You should write at least 120 words but no more than 180 words.
【解析】
本次四级写作是议论文题材，和以往的类型相似，主要内容是论述“交流方式的变化”，这跟学生的学习和生活息息相关，也算是四级的典型考查类型和内容，所以整体难度为中等难度。
我们可以一起来分析一下这篇作文的行文思路：
第一段先介绍背景，引出核心话题，说明随着科技发展，人们的交流方式也发生了大变化，然后自然而然引出这种变化的意义重大，从而表明自己的观点，即认为这个变化意义非凡。
第二段详细论述这些变化所带来的好影响，可以从“人们的日常生活”和“社会和国家的发展”两个角度入手；在主体段，一定注意分层论述，同时中间使用逻辑连词。
第三段进行总结，说明这些变化确实很有必要，但是我们一定要合理利用，扬长避短，最后一句做总体倡导。

With the continuous progress of science and technology, great changes have taken place in the way people communicate. It is generally admitted that changes in the way people communicate are so significant that great attention should be attached to this issue. From my perspective, I, after a deep consideration, prefer the above opinion
Since the reform and opening up, people have been communicating in the following ways: letters, telegrams, telephone and mobile phones. After entering the 21st century, the appearance of smart phones has brought great changes. On the top of the list is that there is no denying that the change of communication mode has brought great convenience to people. Smart phones enabled video communication, and online shopping became popular after its appearance. In addition, there is the other point that no one can ignore. Great changes in the way of communication containing smart phones influence a country’s economy, military, culture as well as any other aspects, which are key factors to win in the international world.
In a word, it is inevitable that the development of science and technology will change the way of communication, which will bring a lot of influence to people’s life. We need to take advantage of the convenience of these changes, but we also need to learn to overcome their disadvantages. In this way, we can enjoy life better.
