B: Health is quite important, and without it, we can’t achieve anything. As for me, keeping health will be an easy but difficult thing. Do you have any suggestions about keeping health?
A: Yes, in order to keep health both in physical and mental parts, rational diet is necessary. Some people always have little food to lose weight, which is harmful for their health. What’s more, I also believe that sufficient rest and proper exercise can support our daily activities.
B: Yeah, sufficient rest, especially the enough rest and sleep, will make us energetic. I also like taking some exercise to keep a better appearance and health.
A: Taking exercise and having sufficient rest can be good ways, in my mind, we also need to learn some effective measures to keep a good mood.
B: Yes, I can’t agree more. Have a good mood or optimistic attitude can lead us to higher efficiency. While, bad mood can make us passive and do things with reluctance.
