With the development of society, more and more companies are adopting flexible working time. In my point of view, this is good for the families and society. Firstly, many working mothers may need flexible time to send their kids to schools in the morning. Secondly, flexible working time can reduce the traffic jams on roads during rush hours. Thirdly, people have different working efficiency at different time. Flexible working time allows employees to choose to work at the time periods when they are most efficient. However, companies should also set core working time when every member of the company should be present, because there must be time for meetings or other events.
