To relax with exercise
Exercise is a saving approach for us to be healthy. In our daily life, with the rapid development of economy, our society and university have stressed us much more than before. with the quickening pace and ever-increasing pressure of urban life, people in growing numbers are suffering physical problems. We often heard that some students gave up their study or their lives when they encountered with overburdened study. Some employees can not overcome the challenges of their work and become ailing and depressed. While, in my opinion, we can get through those problems through exercise. In order to relax, I think, we need to take part in more activities and exercise regularly. In addition, regularly physical exercise never fails to make us more energetic and confident.
