　　Directions: For this part, you are allowed 30 minutes to write a letter to a foreign friend who wants to learn Chinese. Please recommend a university to him. You should write at least 120 words but no more than 180 words.

　　试题分析：

　　2019年连续两次出现应用文，这可能让长期将备考重点放在议论文上的同学茫然无措。所以备考时应全面掌握各种文体的写法。

　　此次作文考题与2014年6月类似，要求考生向外国朋友推荐一处学习英语的大学。全文可按如下思路完成。第一段：对于外国朋友的想法表示赞同，并标明写信目的。第二段：写出推荐大学，一定写一个自己熟悉的大学并知道校名如何书写如北外，北大，清华等，并简单说明理由，理由要具体，清晰。第三段：表示希望对方采纳意见，并祝愿。

　　另外要注意书信格式。

　　With great delight I learn that you are so interested in Chinese. In fact, the development of economic globalization and international communication has made Chinese one of the most popular languages. If you want to learn Chinese in a university in China, I think Beijing Foreign Studies University(BFSU) is the first choice.

　　First of all, BFSU is located in Beijing, where most Chinese can speak standard modern Chinese. You will make rapid progress in such a good language environment. Meanwhile, you can touch splendid Chinese culture and history and then get a comprehensive understanding of Chinese. Secondly, the teachers in BFSU are the best in China.
