第一类：表示“首先”的词组(用于第一个论点)

最常见的替换：To begin with / To start with。比First更自然，适用于所有话题。例句：To begin with, online learning offers students greater flexibility.

正式书面替换：First and foremost。语气更强，强调第一个论点的重要性。例句：First and foremost, education is the key to personal development.

原因优先替换：For one thing。当你要列出两个原因时，第一个用For one thing，第二个用For another thing。例句：For one thing, it saves time; for another, it reduces costs.

第二类：表示“其次”的词组(用于第二个论点)

承接增补类：Furthermore / Moreover / In addition。这三个词意思相近，可以交替使用，比Second更高级。例句：Furthermore, it helps students develop critical thinking skills.

Moreover语气更强，In addition更正式。

原因并列类：For another thing。与For one thing配对使用。例句：For one thing, it is convenient; for another thing, it is cost-effective.

第三类：表示“最后”的词组(用于最后一个论点)

结论过渡类：In addition / Additionally。当第三个论点是补充性质时使用。例句：Additionally, regular exercise improves mental health.

场景二：列举两个原因

场景三：承接前文补充观点

过渡词使用口诀

避免重复：同一段内不要重复使用同一个过渡词。比如第一段用了Furthermore，第二段改用In addition。

适度使用：过渡词不是越多越好。每段开头用一个即可，段内不需要每个句子都用。
