　　各位同学好，今年虽然疫情给了我们突然一击，但是四级考试，尽管犹抱琵琶半遮面，并没有像往年一样在文章类型上进行突然袭击，还是以议论文的方式进行展开。整体来说，难度均衡，并且也是以现象类的话题方式展开。我们来拿眼球抚摸一下其中一个题目：

　　Directions: For this part, you are allowed 30 minutes to write an essay on the use of translation apps. You can start your essay with the sentence "The use of translation apps is becoming increasingly popular. " You should write at least 120 words but no more than 180 words.

　　很明显，题目要求考生论述关于使用翻译软件或小程序的现象，这种题目在四级出题方向上是很常见的。所以，我们可以按照，

　　第一段提出大家都乐于使用翻译软件这个现象来引出话题。

　　而主体段呢，由于这是一个社会现象，四级考试中对于现象的评论方式非常多元，可以分析原因，优点或者缺点。这个部分对于四级考试是比较宽容的，建议各位评析现象的优缺点会更加简单快速一些。需要注意得是，建议各位考生给出明确的观点立场，换句话说，就是好或者不好。最后能够就自己真实倾向的立场多谈一些，如使用翻译软件确实可以提升学习和工作效率，解释详尽，翻译快速。但是，缺点也很明显，无法使我们真正锻炼翻译技能，甚至还会走火入魔。

　　尾段部分，再次给出自己的观点立场，也可以投放自己的建议等等。那还等什么呢?看一看例子很有必要。

　　The use of translation apps is becoming increasingly popular. Such a preference is not rare among English learners actually. Even, some of them claim that they cannot learn without the assistance of these apps.

　　Admittedly, utilizing the translation apps, indeed, may promote the learning process for numerous students. Especially, the programs grant them elaborate explanation and effective answers for the assignments from teachers. Meanwhile, the so-called convenience may also weaken the translating skills and creativity for learners, which exerts the adverse impact on them. To some extent, they may rely on the tools more excessively. Ironically, it is not a strange scene that some of them may choose the translation apps to finish their schoolwork, then, correcting the sentence to get the work done.

　　In a nutshell, the scientific advancement in translating is supposed to facilitate our language learning. Although the apps are always available, we had better use them properly, instead of allowing them to dominate ourselves.
